David Becker (David Becker Tribune, Joe Diorio, etc.) has shared the stage with the likes of Miles Davis, Chick Corea, Michael Brecker etc., and in this lesson he walks you through his systems for coming up with ways to generate both chordal and single note soloing ideas using octave dispersed arpeggios, upper structure chords, and more. Applied to the popular jazz standard “All The Things You Are”, Becker gives another perspective on ways to approach a set of chord changes. David has also performed with guitar greats such as Atilla Zoller, Larry Coryell, John Abercrombie and Kenny Burrell. German television journalist Roger Willemsen (ZDF) called him "One of the best Jazz guitarists ever", with Jazz Podium and Downbeat calling him "a poet on the Jazz Guitar."
