The first section shows how to get beyond the common type of linear (single note) interval patterns most guitarist tend to practice, and shows how to come up with your own combinations to break you out of your “same old” lines. The second section applies the same concepts to vertical applications (chords) of scales, to show you how to come up with new voicings many guitarists have never considered before.
